**Combination door assemblies are sized by the factory based on the “rough opening” (ie. size of the hole in the wall of the home when you remove the door and jamb assembly). If the inner door measures 31-1/2” x 73-1/2”, when you remove the jamb assembly, the hole in the wall  would measure 33-1/2”x73-1/2” and the call size of the combination door assembly would be 34x76. The storm door on this assembly, if you took it off the hinges, would measure 32x75.

In the mobile home world, doors are "called" by the hinge side.
Standing outside the home, If the hinges are on the left side, you have a Left-handed Door
If the hinges are on the right side, you have a Right-handed Door
