This is a pre-hung, ready to install door system with flat mounting flange. Packing clips are even installed to ensure that main door stays square during installation.

Main entrance door is a beautiful woodgrain texture fiberglass that was molded for strength under high impact compression.

The 1-3/8” thick white fiberglass core has been injected with polyurethane foam for superior insulation, and can be painted or stained!

Thermally broken threshold with rubber strip to prevent condensation and floor damage. Sill sweep to stop drafts. Heavy duty 1-1/4” painted aluminum storm door mounted with built-in drip cap.

Jamb is white. Both jamb and door are prepped for knob/lockset and deadbolt lock. Hardware is available, sold separately.

**Combination door assemblies are sized by the factory based on the “rough opening” (ie. size of the hole in the wall of the home when you remove the door and jamb assembly).

If the inner door measures 30” x 73-1/2”, when you remove the jamb assembly, the hole in the wall would measure 31-1/2”x75-1/2” and the call size of the combination door assembly would be 32x76.

The storm door on this assembly, if you took it off the hinges, would measure 30x75.

In the mobile home world, doors are "called" by the hinge side as you are standing outside the home:
If the hinges are on the left side, you have a Left-handed Door
If the hinges are on the right side, you have a Right-handed Door
